A few questions

Looking for some help on a few questions.

    1.

Would I be better off filing for bankruptcy or try to rebuild my credit (with credit rebuilding companies)?

    2.

I have heard that not all bankruptcies are 100% successful, i.e. not approved by court.  What would cause the court to not approve a bankruptcy?

    3.

I owned a business, a small Internet company.  After sometime, the company went under and was left with some debt (customer's orders not fulfilled).  If I claimed bankruptcy, will I be able to add these onto the list?  Will the 'customers' be able to take legal actions after the bankruptcy?

    4.

Filing for personal and business bankruptcy are the same?  Or?

Thank all in advance for any help!
