Bankrupt through gambling

    well, my wife and I just filed bankruptcy. we both got caught up in gambling in hopes of winning money to pay bills. Of course that didn't work and just got us more behind on bills. My question is. If the courts request the last year of bank statements and see that we would get money out on these gambling boats. Would that make them dismiss our chapter 7 as our own fault?

    But it was your fault.  ???  Kidding.  The greatest part of living in the United States is that we all get a second chance.  Go for it!  :)
