I'm going to be filing chapter 13 in February, I cannot find a job, so I've decided I'm going to go back to school. ?I'm getting unemployment right now and child support but it's still not enough to tie up loose ends I have high credit card payments already and I hate to keep adding to them. ?My question is when should I stop using them? or can I continue to do so until I file? and do I have to pay the full amount of the payment I a have 2 that are about 150 apiece and one that will be around 75.00
If anyone has had a similar situation or can answer my question I'd appreciate it.
