    how long should you wait to file after a purchase

    30 days...  A lot can happen within 30 days.

    You could lose a job.  Get sick.  Have to care for someone.  Realize your broke ;)  lol  Serioulsy.

    Someone made you a loan based on truthful info. that you provided on that application.  If something has changed since then...then that's just LIFE!   File!  :)
