Notification of bk

    do the courts in tx notify creditors that you have filed bk, it was my understanding that they do,or is it our responsibility to notify them, thank you

    Creditors are notified.  If you get a call or letter, all you have to do is tell them you already filed and give them the case number.  But your cool...creditors have been notified.  :)
